Description

The Dai people are specialized in silver ware production. This silver pot is made with hammered technology with ancient designs and delicate workmanship. The decoration of character stories is related to the Dai people's belief of Hinayana. There used to be three cases in the pot, for tobacco leaf, betel nut and lime respectively. Dai traditional culture believes that chewing betel nuts can cure tropical diseases like malaria, and enhance physical fitness.
