Luo Pin (1733-1799) is also known by his zi (designated names) Dunfu, Liangfeng and hao (literary names) Huazhi Siseng and Jinniu Shanren. A native of She county in Anhui, he took residence in Yangzhou. As one of the "Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou", Luo Pin is noted for his paintings of landscape, figures and flowers.
